For 50 years, we have been producing barrel-aged Feta with love and expertise.

The barrel-aged Feta PDO Kissas matures in wooden barrels, (a traditional mean of preserving and maturing cheeses) ensuring the necessary oxygenation during the maturation process, giving a special and slightly spicy taste.

Pleasant, rich in aroma, with a variety of flavors and a solid texture, barrel-aged Feta develops flavors over time.

Serving suggestion:

  • It is consumed as a table cheese accompanying meat, pasta, salads or fruit.
  • It is used as an ingredient enhancing the aroma and taste of many cooked dishes.
