GOLD AWARD FOR “TRUFFETA” – CHEESE WITH TRUFFLE
Success for Kissas dairy at the World Cheese Awards 2023 – 2024, with a Gold award won by the latest fine cheese of the range, Truffeta – cheese with truffle, thus making it the only Greek cheese to be honored with Gold award in the competition.
This year’s World Cheese Awards took place on October 27-28 in Trondheim (Norway) in which more than 4,500 cheeses from 43 countries and 5 different continents were tested and evaluated by more than 260 international judges.
It is a unique, global event that for over 30 years has brought together producers, retailers, buyers, consumers and culinary experts from around the world dedicated to the celebration and recognition of quality and excellence in cheese production.
